Returns & Cancellation Policy

For hygiene reasons, products are not eligible for return or refund once delivered, unless they are damaged(any type of cuts) defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges are allowed only in cases of damaged or incorrect items. Supporting images/videos unboxing are required. Processing may take 10–14 business days.

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch or within 24 hours of placing the order. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Orders are shipped on all days except Sundays and national holidays.

Returns must be requested within 24 hours of delivery. Items should be unused and returned with all original tags, labels, invoice, and a valid unboxing video.

To initiate a return, please contact us via email with your Order ID and reason for the request.

Refunds are processed within 10–14 business days after a quality check:

  • Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method
  • COD orders: refunded via bank transfer or UPI

We offer free reverse pickup for damaged, defective, or incorrect items only.

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions.
